By placing an order with 24 Karat Bakery, you agree to the following terms.

Preorders

Some or all items offered may be preorders. By purchasing, you acknowledge that your order

helps fund our upcoming flagship location and will be fulfilled after we open. Estimated timelines

may change, and we will communicate updates as we build.

Bread Club (Subscriptions)

Bread Club is a recurring subscription billed every 4 weeks, with product available for pickup on

a recurring schedule. By joining, you agree to ongoing billing until you cancel.

Pickups

All orders are currently pickup only. Pickup details (location, time, and schedule) will be

communicated clearly. If you miss a pickup, we cannot guarantee replacement or refunds.

Cancellations & Changes

Subscriptions can be canceled or modified at any time, but changes must be made before the

next billing cycle to take effect. Once an order is processed, we may not be able to make

changes.

Refunds

Due to the nature of our products and preorder model, all sales are final. If there is an issue with

your order, please reach out and we will do our best to make it right.

Product Availability

We bake in small batches using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. Availability and

offerings may change at any time.

Allergens & Food Safety

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including wheat, dairy,

eggs, nuts, and soy. We are not an allergen-free kitchen. Please consume at your own

discretion.

Community Ownership & Future Offerings

24 Karat Bakery Co-op is building toward a community-owned model. Any future ownership,

membership, or investment opportunities will be clearly defined and are not guaranteed by any

purchase made today.

Limitation of Liability

By purchasing from us, you agree that 24 Karat Bakery Co-op is not liable for any damages or

issues arising from the use or consumption of our products beyond the purchase price.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms as we grow. Continued use of our website and services means you

accept any changes.
